Job Summary
Develop and execute integrated supply chain strategies aligning Purchasing, Logistics, and Production Control with company objectives. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive demand planning, forecasting, and Sales and Operations Planning processes. Lead master scheduling, capacity planning, and MRP execution while managing inventory-level strategy and safety-stock policies. Build high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives using standardized work and root-cause problem solving. Manage strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and negotiations to improve capacity, quality, and cost. Optimize Epicor ERP configuration, develop analytical dashboards, and identify automation opportunities to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Five or more years of supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading purchasing, planning, inventory, logistics, or related supply chain functions
- Strong knowledge of MRP, production planning, forecasting, inventory management, supplier negotiations, and international sourcing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Epicor ERP
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools
- APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
