Job Summary
Supply Chain Manager leads end-to-end supply chain flow (inbound, production, outbound) at Mars’ site in Bruck an der Leitha, driving safety, efficiency, customer service, and cost optimization. Responsibilities include partnering with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams, translating KPIs into clear priorities, guiding the Supply Chain team, owning order management performance, driving continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives, managing external partners, representing the site in regional forums, and supporting sustainability, compliance and quality initiatives. Requires a Master’s degree, 7+ years in supply chain/logistics/operations with people leadership, strong data-driven KPI usage, English proficiency and optional German, and a collaborative, stakeholder-facing, change-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations
- experience in people leadership
- fluent in English
- German language is optional but advantageous
- data-driven with KPI experience
- ability to collaborate across functions and regions
- strong communication skills across levels
- pragmatic, hands-on mindset with structured, solution-oriented working style
- ability to drive change and continuous improvement
