Direct supply chain activities for a specific project while supervising assigned personnel to ensure competence and performance. Incorporate client head contract requirements into project strategies, plans, procedures, and terms, adapting commercial agreements with legal experts. Monitor procurement progress, ensure accurate reporting updates, and escalate critical issues and risks to project management.
