Job Summary
Own the end-to-end order execution lifecycle from purchase order creation to final delivery while balancing safety stock levels against warehouse capacity to eliminate stockouts. Translate macro-level customer production forecasts into precise material- and part-level execution plans to guide supplier manufacturing schedules. Govern data integrity and transactional synchronization between the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms to prevent operational bottlenecks. Establish and enforce robust protocols for claims handling, vendor compliance, quality documentation, and financial reconciliation to safeguard company assets. Drive organizational alignment across sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure optimal product availability and minimize financial risk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in end-to-end supply chain operations
- At least 3 to 5 years in a formal people-management or team-leadership role
- Professional supply chain certification, such as Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Mastery of statistical forecasting, inventory modeling, and material requirements planning systems
- Deep technical knowledge of major enterprise systems and warehouse data auditing
- Comprehensive understanding of quality tracking, compliance standards, and claims procedures
- Strong ability to align priorities between sales, warehousing, and accounting
- Proven track record in continuous improvement, automation, and cost reduction
