Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will lead daily supply chain execution across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, inventory planning and material availability, ensuring commitments are met by aligning priorities and resources across the supply chain. The role provides direction to Commodity Managers, Buyers, Planners, and other staff, drives supplier performance, material availability, ERP data integrity, and shortage resolution, and serves as the primary execution lead for supply chain activities. The position partners with Operations, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, and suppliers to ensure material flow supports production and customer commitments, supports strategic sourcing initiatives, continuous improvement, SIOP, supplier development, and organizational capability building. Key duties include leading supply chain execution, resource prioritization, escalation management, people leadership, supplier management, sourcing and procurement leadership, inventory and planning management, SIOP coordination, continuous improvement projects, ERP enhancements, KPI reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field required
  • 8+ years of experience in Purchasing, Commodity Management, Supply Chain, Planning, or Manufacturing Operations
  • 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience
  • Manufacturing experience required; aerospace or composites experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of procurement, supplier management, inventory management, ERP/MRP systems, and supply chain execution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance through others
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and business improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/planning systems
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, operations teams, and leadership
  • Maintain work areas in a neat, orderly, and safe manner
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
