Supply Chain Manager

Lead and mentor the supply chain team, setting clear goals, monitoring activities, and facilitating communication to resolve issues. Generate purchase orders for equipment, materials, and services across Maintenance, Production, Marketing, and HR, while negotiating prices and terms with suppliers. Manage foreign and local orders, arrange shipping and logistics with freight forwarders, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in Kuwait. Prepare supplier creation requests, approve draft documents, and monitor invoice approvals. Monitor inventory accruals, address payment discrepancies, and manage claims for damaged or incorrect deliveries. Prepare performance reports for the Executive Manager and conduct periodic evaluations and training. Fluency in English and Arabic is required; minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain or procurement management.
