Job Summary
As Supply Chain Manager, you lead the synchronization of production and logistics, oversee the internal planning team, and drive operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost. You champion disciplined execution and Lean principles by building a high-performing, adaptable team focused on continuous improvement. Using data-driven insights and hands-on problem-solving, you enable long-term success and set the standard for cross-functional collaboration across the business. Key responsibilities include meeting SQDIC targets, managing demand input and FG delivery, overseeing WIP/FG inventory management (FIFO, vendor managed, cycle counting, etc.), ensuring processes for IATF audit readiness, enhancing data visibility and reliability for faster decision-making, and developing teams to think end-to-end and own outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leading end-to-end supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong background in Lean transformation within supply chain functions
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Strategic vision and communication skills related to supply chain objectives
- Ownership, proactive approach
