Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate all supply chain operations, including production planning, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, indirect procurement, MRP scheduling, and financial forecasting. Evaluate current processes to streamline operations and manage inventory movement, storage, and control while leading a high-performing team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor forecasts, negotiate supplier agreements, and implement new processes to optimize customer service and reduce waste. Design supply chains supporting business strategies and provide periodic reports to executive management. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain and 5+ years of experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Significant and relevant management and leadership experience in progressively responsible positions in a supply chain-based environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting Programs
