Job Summary
Take overall responsibility for day-to-day supply chain operations of the Quality Control Centre, covering production, inventory, procurement, and distribution to company-owned and franchise restaurants. Manage ordering processes, logistics, and delivery performance while ensuring compliance with HACCP, BRC, IFS, and GMP standards. Negotiate supplier contracts, onboard new vendors, and coordinate incoming deliveries with quality teams. Lead the supply chain team, resolve delivery issues with franchisees, and report operational KPIs to senior management. Work 5–6 days per week in a hybrid role in Warsaw, reporting to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or production management, ideally within the food manufacturing, bakery, FMCG, or food service sector.
- Proven experience managing suppliers and negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Practical experience overseeing logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP, BRC, IFS, and/or ISO 22000.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple suppliers, franchisees, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and KPIs to drive operational decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills
- A valid Category B driving licence
- Flexibility to work around operational requirements, with production running 5–6 days per week
- Good English communication skills for working with international stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a franchise, restaurant, food service, or multi-site retail environment
- Knowledge of pizza dough, bakery production, fermented products, or other food manufacturing processes
- Experience implementing Lean, Kaizen, or 5S methodologies in a food production environment
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers and transport partners
- Experience working with international supply chains or multi-country operations
- Internal auditor certification in food safety or quality management systems
- German language skills would be an advantage when working with our franchise operations in Germany and international stakeholders, but are not required
