Job Summary
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery while managing supplier relationships through performance monitoring and contract negotiation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
Desired Qualifications
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
- Project management experience, especially with ERP or WMS implementations
