Job Summary
Own purchasing, vendor relationships, and supply planning across two production sites. Lead warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and DTC fulfillment while managing parts supply to production and an offsite company-owned warehouse. Drive cost savings, reduce waste, and minimize production downtime. Manage supply chain direct reports and build this function from the ground up without a playbook. This hands-on role supports a fast-growing manufacturer with globally sourced components and an active DTC business, offering high visibility and real impact.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on supply chain experience — onshore and offshore purchasing
- Experience sourcing prefab and custom-manufactured parts globally
- Warehouse operations leadership with direct reports
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Low volume manufacturing experience
- Comfortable building a function without a playbook
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-site supply chain experience
- ERP or inventory management system experience
- Lean / continuous improvement background
