Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery. Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals while managing supplier selection, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. Coordinate warehousing and distribution activities, monitor performance using KPIs, and lead the supply chain team to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, finance, operations, and production to support overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
