Job Summary
Supply Chain Manager responsible for strategic planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Oversees supplier selection and contract negotiations, monitors performance and fosters long-term partnerships. Manages inventory levels with demand forecasting and production schedules, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement, automation, and cost-saving initiatives. Requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, familiarity with SCM software, and knowledge of regulatory requirements. Experience collaborating with sales, production, finance, and marketing to align supply chain activities and achieve organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
