Job Summary
Lead and optimize RELEX forecasting and replenishment for a UK retail supply chain, driving availability and planning improvement while balancing hands-on system work with people leadership. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Commercial, IT and external partners; diagnose root causes and design scalable, practical improvements; coach stakeholders and mentor a small high-performing team; influence decisions and translate complex concepts into actionable guidance. Hybrid role based in Handforth with two office days per week and travel to a Fulfilment Centre in Stafford.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with RELEX or equivalent forecasting & replenishment systems (advanced user / SME level)
- Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory and replenishment dynamics
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver practical, scalable improvements
- Experience leading or developing others, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex topics and influence at all levels
- Naturally curious, improvement-minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment
