Job Summary
Lead the Buying and Transportation teams, setting goals, monitoring performance through KPIs, and providing continuous coaching to ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to the Warehouse Center. Drive supplier performance by conducting regular review meetings, managing critical shortages, and coordinating corrective actions for delayed deliveries. Oversee purchase order execution, import planning, inbound shipment scheduling, and customs clearance while optimizing transportation costs and monitoring MOQs and lead times. Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to resolve operational issues and maintain optimal stock availability. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related fields, 3+ years of leadership experience, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, including experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships and inbound supply operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment planning, import processes, and transportation
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
