Job Summary
Lead purchasing, inventory control, picking/receiving and shipping within a mid-size manufacturing environment; oversee day-to-day execution and strategic direction of material flow to support customer demand and production schedules; provide leadership to Buyers and cross-functional teams, drive inventory optimization, cycle counting and supplier performance management; ensure ERP/MRP systems support procurement, warehousing, and logistics; manage warehouse layouts, inventory locations, and shipping accuracy; foster employee development, cross-training, and leadership growth; collaborate with Production, Scheduling, Engineering, Quality, Accounting, and Operations to meet business objectives and drive continuous improvement and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
