Job Summary
Lead and manage internal supply chain projects focused on efficiency and performance while overseeing cost control strategies across procurement, warehousing, and logistics. Prepare and deliver internal reports covering stock levels, KPIs, delivery performance, and costs to drive data-informed decisions. Maintain strong working relationships with customers, transport providers, and business partners, while handling and resolving supply chain claims, service disputes, and delivery issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall supply chain planning and accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal processes, client SLAs, and industry best practices. This permanent full-time role is based on-site at the company's depot in Severn Beach, Bristol, offering a competitive salary starting from £35,000 per annum, 28 days holiday, and free on-site parking.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations management role
- Excellent analytical skills – confident working with data, KPIs, and reports
- Strong communication skills – able to liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Experience leading internal improvement projects or cost-saving initiatives
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable managing disputes and driving resolutions diplomatically
