Job Summary
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. Oversee end-to-end procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Lead demand planning and forecasting activities by collaborating with sales and production teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics optimization
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts effectively
- Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
