Job Summary

Manage and direct supply chain staff to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels through materials planning, scheduling, ordering, purchasing, and inventory control. Train staff on supply chain management techniques, business systems, and reporting tools to meet manufacturing needs. Analyze existing procedures to identify opportunities for streamlining activities. Requires strong critical-thinking, communication, and leadership skills with a Bachelor's degree and five years of production control experience. This role supports Kurt Machining's precision CNC-machining services for aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries, utilizing lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement practices.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Direct supervisory experience with a passion for leadership and team development
  • Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) and / or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
