Job Summary
Senior Supply Chain Manager lead end-to-end operations across Westfalia Convenience Europe Market Unit in Wingene, Belgium on a 3-month FTC contract. Responsible for demand and supply planning, logistics and warehouse management, and customer services, within a global matrix structure, collaborating with Global Convenience Supply Chain and Market Unit Director to tailor operations to local needs. Drives service excellence, cost efficiency, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction; oversees team development, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration. Desirable master’s degree and FMCG/perishable goods experience; benefits include full-time hours and extensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (required)
- Strong progressive supply chain experience, including significant leadership responsibilities
- Proven success in managing cross-functional supply chain teams across demand planning, logistics, and customer service
- Familiarity with ERP systems and global supply chain processes
- Deep understanding of supply chain planning from detailed scheduling to S&OP, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfilment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using supply chain data to drive decision-making
- Competence in process optimisation and change management
