Job Summary
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, managing procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution activities. Forecast demand to ensure product availability, monitor stock levels to minimize shortages and waste, and build relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing. Optimize warehouse operations, oversee transportation for timely deliveries, and analyze KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities. Lead the supply chain team, manage disruption risks, and drive process improvements through automation while ensuring compliance with policies. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and HR to support broader business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations
- At least 3 years of leadership or managerial experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional certification (CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, APICS)
