Job Summary
Conduct daily and weekly ordering routines, including order placement, confirmation checks, and shipment tracking within your product area. Manage order scopes, issue early warnings for availability and bottleneck risks, and handle supplier communication regarding schedules, volumes, and claims. Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse leadership, even for partial shipments, while documenting errors in IT systems. Provide structured inputs to strategic procurement, product management, and S&OP on availability, delivery reliability, and bottleneck patterns. Utilize procurement and analysis tools with a focus on data-driven decision-making and ticket discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management, in der Disposition, Materialplanung oder Beschaffung, idealerweise in einem breiten, internationalen oder saisonalen Sortiment
- Strukturierte, verlässliche und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise - systematisch statt reaktiv
- Hohe Zahlen- und Datenaffinität sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Excel
- Klare, sachliche Kommunikation im Austausch mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Prioritäten und die Fähigkeit, auch bei Engpässen den Überblick zu behalten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
- gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
