Job Summary
Lead supply chain planning and execution to support production and customer demand, maintaining forecasting models, ERP systems, and managing constraints like material availability and supplier issues. Drive S&OP processes, review ISO metrics, and provide timely order updates to Customer Service while collaborating with Operations and Engineering. Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends and risks, developing dashboards for inventory turns and cost metrics to monitor forecasting accuracy. Manage inventory strategies, optimize material flow, and oversee vendor performance to ensure continuity of supply and support new product introduction. Lead team development and performance management to foster operational excellence and drive participation in sustainability programs.
Required Qualifications
- Supply Chain qualification or relevant experience
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP system
- 7+ years experience in demand planning, supply planning or similar role in operations
- Proficiency with forecasting tools, ERP Oracle, Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience establishing and optimising strategic supply chains to support both existing product lines and new product introduction (NPI)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and cross-collaboration skills
- Experience working with S&OP processes
- Knowledge of inventory management and vendor compliance best practices
