Job Summary
Execute production planning and scheduling across dietary supplement manufacturing operations, translating commercial demand into executable shop-floor schedules. Participate in cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align market demand with factory capacity, while overseeing short-term and shift-level schedules to optimize machine runs and minimize downtime. Manage raw, WIP, and finished goods inventory accuracy, balancing material availability against cash flow, and lead cycle count processes to minimize waste. Support supplier relationship management, including vetting domestic suppliers and administering purchase orders, within a strict regulatory environment. This individual contributor role requires strong cross-functional influence to navigate global supply disruptions and competing priorities. Based in Irwindale, CA, with relocation assistance available for candidates in the Southwest region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration or related field
- 5–8 years of progressive supply chain experience within dietary supplements, food, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority is essential
- Proven track record in production planning, master scheduling, and inventory management in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills to navigate global supply disruptions, lead-time volatility, and competing departmental priorities
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
- The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Work takes place in a manufacturing setting
- While this role is based at our Irwindale, CA facility and requires regular on-site presence, we are open to candidates willing to relocate
- Candidates based in the broader Southwest region — including the greater Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City markets — are particularly encouraged to apply

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with S&OP processes is a plus
