Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution of pharmaceutical products; partner with manufacturing, QA, regulatory, and commercial teams; lead demand planning and forecasting; manage purchase orders and vendor relationships; oversee domestic and international shipments; travel ~1x per quarter; requires Excel and ERP proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle); Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred); 5–10 years in supply chain, preferably in pharma/life sciences; 120K+ salary suggestion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Pharmacy, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–10 years of supply chain experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or life sciences
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in demand planning, inventory control, and logistics management
- Previous experience using AI/machine learning to forecast demand and analyze trends beneficial
