Job Summary
Supply Chain Manager – Services to build, lead, and elevate the end-to-end service supply chain for High Voltage & Transformers. Own the local execution of global supply chain strategy, developing a robust supplier ecosystem and coordinating across Project Managers, Service Sales, and Service Leaders to support tendering, contracts, logistics, import/export, supplier performance, and cost optimization. Collaborate to ensure competitive pricing, back-to-back terms, healthy project cash flow, and compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards. Manage sourcing, procurement, and ERP-driven purchasing processes, including supplier qualification, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement, while driving alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Proficient in SAP and related procurement tools; capable of balancing risk, cost, and delivery, and influencing stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Management within the energy, electrical, or industrial services sector
- Proven experience with contract negotiation, supplier management, and logistics (local & international)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and sourcing portals
- Proficiency in English communication
