Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning and control, including inbound deliveries, inventory management, and SAP/ERP-driven purchasing to ensure on-time availability in the warehouse network. Core duties include creating and maintaining purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, coordinating forecasts and BOM-based requirements, managing supplier performance, and collaborating across teams to optimize storage and handling costs while aligning with forecasted demand. Requires ability to analyze data, generate administrative reports, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to ensure uninterrupted material flow from manufacturers to warehouses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management
- 5+ years of material purchasing, forecasting, and supply chain management experience
- Knowledge of supply chain management within the airline industry is a plus
- Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with systems such as Ross, LOGIC, i3PL, ePix & Forecaster is a plus
