Job Summary

Lead global supply chain strategy by overseeing vendor selection, material procurement, and inventory control to ensure on-time delivery and optimize the Lowest In-Place Concrete Cost. Manage external suppliers across raw materials, MRO, and finished goods while establishing key performance benchmarks and driving continuous improvement in material planning. Coordinate logistics and new product readiness initiatives to support operational success, mentor direct reports, and foster cross-functional collaboration with operations and purchasing teams. Work onsite in Des Moines, IA, with occasional travel, reporting to senior leadership in a role focused on minimizing total landed cost and strengthening the overall chain of supply.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, and operations
  • Ability to travel occasionally / as needed
  • 100% onsite at our Des Moines, IA location
  • Must be able to sit or stand as required for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs
  • Must be able to climb ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles etc
  • Must be able to walk frequently
