Job Summary
Supply Chain Manager leads procurement, vendor relationships, logistics coordination, and supply chain execution across the organization. This role develops vendor partnerships, optimizes supply chain performance, and manages procurement spend in alignment with company goals, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing demands, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Travel to operations facilities is required; based out of the corporate office with coordination across multiple sites. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities are essential to drive cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and overall business performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, reporting tools, and procurement/supply chain systems preferred
- APICS, CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred
- 7–10+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or operations leadership experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, chemicals, or related industries preferred
