Job Summary
Lead and manage global S&OP for CR/FPS Equipment and PCB; oversee supply chain organization in China, including transferring activities from Wuxi to Shanghai; drive end-to-end supply chain improvements, forecast accuracy, service/OTIF, inventory, and cost optimization across global product lines; coordinate with commercial, product management, finance, procurement, plants and suppliers; travel up to 30% to Wuxi, YT, SB; strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills; English proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in supply chain, finance or economics
- min. 10 years of relevant experience in an international environment
- at least 5 years’ experience in a senior role
- TOEFL test > 95% or excellent command of English (spoken and written)
