Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end supply chain management, transforming demand, inventory, and procurement into a reliable, data-driven decision system. Analyze historical data and market trends to build accurate demand forecasts, while balancing inventory health and cash efficiency across online and retail channels. Secure sustainable and ethical sourcing for raw materials and manufacturing partners, expanding production hubs beyond Bali to mitigate risk. Lead cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning, standardize launch readiness, and deliver monthly demand and stock reports to stakeholders. Own the operational foundation required to scale the brand ethically across Australia, the EU, and the US, ensuring materials flow efficiently from suppliers to customers.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in supply chain, demand planning, procurement or operations
- ideally within fashion, apparel, retail or a product-led e-commerce business
- Proven experience managing the full supply chain—from sourcing and procurement to demand planning, inventory and multi-warehouse fulfillment
- Track record supporting growth across online and retail channels and multiple regions
- experience with international logistics (AU, EU, US)
- Experience leading a team
- working cross-functionally with Design, Buyer, Production, Marketing and Data
- Fluent English (working language)

Desired Qualifications
- experience with international logistics (AU, EU, US) is a strong plus
- Experience with BI dashboards or ERP systems (or readiness to help implement one)
- International Sourcing (Strong Plus): Familiarity with how production and fabric sourcing work in major apparel-manufacturing markets—particularly China, India and Vietnam
- both for production scalability and for sourcing new fabrics as we expand beyond Bali and Indonesia
- Fluent English (working language) & Indonesian are a plus
- Experience leading a team and working cross-functionally with Design, Buyer, Production, Marketing and Data
