Supply Chain Manager

Own end-to-end supply chain for electronic and hardware components — from sourcing to delivery. Select, negotiate, and develop suppliers, building long-term partnerships that ensure quality, competitiveness, and continuity. Place and oversee purchase orders, keeping purchasing, stock, and supplier data accurate in our ERP. Run MRP processes to keep material availability aligned with production planning at all times. Collaborate with Sales to translate demand forecasts into procurement decisions. Define inventory policies — safety stock, reorder points, min/max levels — balancing availability and working capital. Anticipate and manage long lead time components through forward-buying, buffers, and component standardisation with Engineering. Drive cost reduction initiatives and track total cost of ownership across the supply base. Control all logistics flows — inbound, outbound, and intra-company — managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs compliance. Build supply chain dashboards and reporting to provide full visibility to leadership. Ensure quality compliance, structured documentation, and robust internal processes.
