Job Summary
Supply Chain Manager responsible for the day-to-day running of UK and international supply chain, focusing on production planning, inventory management and stock optimisation to support growth. Communicate with external suppliers to ensure material availability for finished goods. Role involves international coverage, project work to implement a WMS, and use of Asana for tracking. Requires an proactive, detail-oriented approach, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement. This is a hybrid, part-time fixed-term contract (22.5 hours/week) to cover maternity leave for 9–12 months, with at least 2 days per week based at the warehouse in Marden, Kent. Emphasis on DEI and values, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptability to support rapid growth while maintaining stock accuracy and supplier performance.
Required Qualifications
- Significant previous experience in production planning and inventory management
- Proven experience in stock optimisation
- Experience in cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Previous experience in working with suppliers
- Excellent communicator
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to focus and identify priorities
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
