Supply Chain Manager 2

Manage day-to-day execution of all account activities, including parts and load control center operations, while monitoring carrier performance to optimize value and resolve operations issues that prevent production loss. Analyze customer transportation needs daily, develop action plans for supply chain network issues, and seek internal efficiencies through process improvements and continuous deployment initiatives. Conduct performance reviews, corrective actions, and goal setting for team members, while fostering career development and succession planning. Formalize project plans, clarify timelines and ownership, and intervene to resolve conflicts between project managers, operations, and customers. Review operating metrics, fix out-of-tolerance results, and communicate progress on KPIs and budget analysis to leadership. Work closely with customer leadership during scope development and option analysis to facilitate operational stability.
