Job Summary
Supply Chain Management Specialist responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers throughout the product development cycle, managing supplier relationships and contractual obligations, collaborating with quality/contracts/procurement teams to develop sourcing strategies, negotiating pricing and service levels, developing BOMs and ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining data in MRP/ERP, monitoring supply chain trends and risks, tracking order status and supporting NPI, and continuously improving supplier performance and relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS acquisition requirements, related clauses, and CMMC for supplier due diligence
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
