Job Summary
Senior Billing Operations Specialist for Coupang's Global SCM under Global E-commerce, responsible for validating monthly invoices from 3PL/4PL providers, ensuring payments align with negotiated terms with the Accounting team, estimating and adjusting monthly costs with FP&A for P&L review, tracking invoice changes, analyzing cost trends, and driving efficiency and standardization of the billing process across global supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- Global SCM experience (warehousing, international logistics, last-mile delivery)
- ability to define and perform precise analyses and to adjust
- ability to build and handle large datasets from multiple data sources
- self-starter who works autonomously and collaborates closely with external teams
- advanced MS Excel skills and fluent English/Korean
