Supply Chain Management Development Program Analyst/Associate

Job Summary

Conduct supplier risk reviews, manage sourcing negotiations, and support contract processing across Operations, Strategic Sourcing, and Third Party Management rotations. Execute tasks spanning the Source to Settlement process, including procurement, supplier automation, and payment support. Collaborate on cross-functional projects to recommend improvements and implement processes that drive business results. Work under supervision while participating in formal learning, mentoring, and community outreach activities. Complete a 12-month development program with three four-month rotations in Pittsburgh, PA.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • Preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, Business Law, Accounting, Finance)
  • Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
