Job Summary
Manage projects supporting the 787 program; coordinate BOMs and schedules into the production plan; verify released engineering BOM implementation in material planning; optimize inventory levels and dispose of excess/obsolete inventories; ensure on-time delivery and develop schedules for products/services; collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer support, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers, and customers); implement process improvements such as new ordering methodologies; ensure compliance with inventory management policies and governmental regulations; demonstrate strong problem-solving and time-management skills; independent, self-motivated with ability to prioritize critical tasks; shift is 1st.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management
- 3+ years of experience leading projects
- 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data & presenting analysis and recommendations to management
- 3+ years of experience in a position where priorities changed frequently & customer service was critical to the team’s success
