Job Summary
Plan and coordinate inbound plastics feedstock volumes to support production requirements and inventory targets. Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders within the ERP system while monitoring deliveries to proactively adjust schedules and mitigate supply risks. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term inbound planning schedules by collaborating with Feedstock Sourcing teams to align purchase commitments with operational needs. Partner with Supply Chain Operations for receiving and storage capacity planning, and track inventory levels to prevent production interruptions. Maintain planning reports and KPIs related to inventory performance and supply continuity. This role aligns feedstock sourcing, supply chain operations, and finance to ensure efficient material flow for Nexus Circular's advanced recycling technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics coordination, inventory planning, or procurement support
- Experience working in manufacturing, recycling, chemicals, plastics, or industrial operations
- Strong ERP system experience, including purchase order management and inventory transactions
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze operational data
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating inbound transportation and supplier scheduling
- Familiarity with inventory planning and production support in continuous manufacturing environments
- Experience working with recycled materials, plastics, or feedstock supply chains
- Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and reporting tools
