Job Summary
Conduct Integrated Product Support (IPS) analysis for the FLRAA Program, including research, data coordination, and lifecycle management across acquisition and sustainment phases. Develop and review acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists, Integrated Master Schedules, and lifecycle cost estimates. Assess Supply Chain Risk Management to identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing, procurement, cybersecurity, and manufacturing quality. Analyze logistics operations across deployment environments to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions while participating in Integrated Product Teams. Support milestone activities including documentation review and design reviews to ensure alignment with statutory requirements and program objectives.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience supporting Integrated Product Support for Army and/or DoD acquisition programs
- High School Diploma and at least 16 years of progressive experience in a related field (in lieu of formal education)
- Familiarity with acquisition program processes, procedures, and IPS management
- Knowledge of acquisition and IPS regulations, policies, and standards
- Experience managing and executing complex logistics or acquisition projects
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Risk Management, including cyber risk
- Experience with Aviation Acquisition Program Offices
