Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Leader, you will lead strategic sourcing and project-specific sourcing, engaging during the sales phase to ensure alignment of supplier commitment dates with project milestones. Responsibilities include managing ordering and change orders, shipment tracking, lead-time monitoring, and engineering change follow-up. You will strengthen supplier relationships through structured engagement, provide reporting across various project-specific and KPI-specific views, and foster a positive work environment for your team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management best practices
- Proven experience in negotiating with suppliers
- Possess a positive attitude and thrive in an environment of rapid change
- Exhibit natural curiosity, logical thinking, and exceptional observational skills in the workplace
Desired Qualifications
- Automation industry and warehouse experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proficient in forming master purchase agreements with suppliers and formalizing supplier relationships
