Supply Chain Lead

Lead warehouse operations and production-support activities on 1st shift at Fiserv. Prioritize special order tickets, assign and follow up on work to associates, stage and plan work in advance, and respond to equipment alerts to resolve errors. Maintain focus on productivity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement; operate a forklift after onsite training and certification. Requires 12+ months of production or warehouse experience, ability to read/write English, basic computer and math skills, and physical ability to stand most of the shift and lift 20–30 pounds. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have valid U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not offered for this role. Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays; located on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana.
