Job Summary
Supply Chain Launch Logistics Coordinator responsible for the material supply chain element of new product introduction, aligning with procurement and engineering to plan material demand, schedule production, and manage BoMs and PFEP. Drives inventory control, burn off, and obsolescence mitigation in line with cost and delivery objectives; maintains part master data and coordinates pre-production and prototype builds, while collaborating with procurement, engineering, and production planners to ensure smooth handover to steady state and timely material availability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
- Robust working knowledge of MRP based systems
- Logistics or supply chain technical qualification (APICs, IoSCM, MCIPS, BSc etc)
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills
- Understanding of BoMs, Routings and Item Master Setup in an ERP system
- Strong organizational, time and project management skills
- Effective communicator and adaptable in changing environments
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English
