Supply Chain- Key User (TMS-Transport Management System)

Act as the functional and operational reference for the department's digital systems, ensuring correct platform usage, operational continuity, and user coordination between business areas and technical teams. Provide Level 1 functional support to internal users by resolving queries regarding processes, transactions, and system usage, while tracking tickets to closure. Train new and existing users on system operation, creating and maintaining manuals, instructions, and procedures. Execute functional testing of systems prior to releases or production changes, validating new developments, configurations, and platform improvements. Serve as the link between end users, operational areas, and technical teams to identify automation and process optimization opportunities. Located in Meco, Madrid, this role requires a Logistics or Supply Chain degree with 2–4 years of experience in B2B transport environments. Fluency in English (B2) is mandatory for international documentation and supplier interaction.
