Job Summary
Conduct regular cycle counts and root cause analysis to maintain inventory accuracy across inbound and outbound processes. Manage product quality by monitoring expiration dates, handling damage, and ensuring operational standard compliance. Establish and implement audit mechanisms to highlight discrepancies and enforce SOP adherence throughout fulfillment center operations. Optimize the Andon Cord process by analyzing issues and driving quick fixes and long-term process improvements. Develop loss prevention strategies by monitoring loss patterns and implementing incident prevention tactics. Lead daily problem-solving activities and manage the performance of on-site ICQA personnel while initiating Kaizen projects for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management
- Inventory Control experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
- Comprehensive understanding of inventory control in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on data and operational precision
- Ability to identify and implement systems to minimize discrepancies or errors
- Data-Driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
- Expertise in Lean Management principles
- Familiarity with methodologies such as 5S, root cause analysis and Kaizen
- Demonstrated ability to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence through innovative solutions
- Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and other standard development tools
