Job Summary
Participate in demand reviews providing data and trend analysis, monitor forecast system alerts, and assist with S&OP reporting. Manage transfer order signals for intercompany goods movement, perform root-cause analysis on on-time service and inventory issues, and improve warehouse mapping processes. Support supplier meetings by preparing purchase history and volumes, develop tracking for supplier onboarding compliance, and map distribution channels for raw materials and countries of origin. Drive cost analysis for new acquisition sites, support transportation needs, and manage global replenishment signals for E-Fulfill customers. Drive process documentation updates and logistics support for peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Active pursuit of Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, Finance or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, R)
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must possess a strong customer service attitude
- Clear, articulate oral communication skills projected with confidence, as well as the ability to listen, understand, and comprehend other coworkers while portraying a professional and positive attitude
- Willing to learn new skills, knowledge, and techniques
