Job Summary
Support the full supply chain and logistics workflow as an Intern in Supply Chain (six months). Assist in the creation and maintenance of SOPs for logistics, material handling, and procurement activities; help manage incoming goods (receipt, documentation, warehouse allocation); support outgoing shipments with packaging, labeling, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners; maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock checks; assist operational purchasing tasks such as order creation, confirmations, and updating procurement data with high accuracy; contribute to process optimization across supply chain, logistics, and procurement; collaborate with suppliers and internal teams; MS Office familiarity and ERP/logistics systems experience are advantageous; English and German fluency required. Ideal for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in related fields; graduates seeking voluntary internship placements welcome. The role offers hybrid flexibility and a Munich office.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Graduates seeking voluntary Internship placements are also welcome)
- First experience in logistics, warehousing, procurement, or supply chain is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to support both administrative and operational tasks
- Interest in supply chain processes, logistics operations, and continuous improvement
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
- Confident with MS Office; experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German
