Job Summary
Supply Chain Intern supports day-to-day execution of the Service DEFOA and SAP, coordinates meetings and logistics, files/archives for team and partners, assists with DEFOA data collection and return operations, and performs tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requires advanced MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bilingual English/Chinese communication, with strong teamwork and intercultural collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant internship or work experience is preferred
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to work in a team environment and have interpersonal and intercultural communication competency
- Detail-oriented, responsible, adapted to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
