Job Summary
Supply Chain Intern responsible for assisting in analysis of supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting logistics and inventory management including tracking shipments and forecasting, participating in process-improvement projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency, collaborating with procurement, manufacturing and distribution teams, preparing performance reports and presentations, researching best practices and emerging technologies, supporting implementation of new supply chain systems/tools, and performing administrative tasks to support the supply chain department.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and eager to learn about complex supply chain operations.
- Prior internship experience in a supply chain or logistics role is a plus.
