Job Summary
Drive Distribution performance by leading Journey To Excellence initiatives, the CCI program, and key performance improvement programs. Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to provide actionable insights for site objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to eliminate losses using Total Productive Maintenance methodologies and manage project sustainability. Create and maintain systems, reports, and routines for Daily Direction Setting and KPI visualizations to support faster decision-making. Support performance data management including Labour Management System and DC capacity metrics. Assist with creating and maintaining distribution training documents such as SOPs and One Point Lessons. Track CCI project progress in Laser reporting software and provide updates to DC leadership.
Required Qualifications
- OSSGD or equivalent with post-secondary education in a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in statistical process control, project management and data analytics
- Experience designing and maintaining large datasets using MS Excel
- Experience using one of the following database engines: MS SQL, Access, Oracle, SAP DB2 or MSDE
- Experience integrating data between multiple systems, including SAP and desktop applications
- Must understand Distribution operations and metrics in order to supply relevant business context and data interpretation
- Detail oriented, self-motivated starter and strong analytical skills
- Must be able to communicate complexity in simple, and concise, terms
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively and cross functionally within all levels of the Americas Distribution network
- Exceptional PC software skills, including proficiency with MS Office Professional and SAP
- Must have the capability to learn, and effectively use, new software systems quickly
